Get answers to the most common questions about our fully managed digital menu service.
How much do digital menu boards cost?
Our hardware & installation is $500/screen — a one-time cost that includes the device, setup, and installation. Custom menu design is a one-time $750/screen fee. Ongoing menu updates are billed at $100/hour with no monthly contracts — you only pay when you need changes made.
How quickly can I update my digital menu?
We handle all menu updates remotely. Simply send us your changes — new items, price adjustments, seasonal specials — and our team updates your digital menu boards promptly. Changes go live instantly across all your screens.
Do you install the TV screens?
Yes! We offer professional TV mounting and installation as an optional add-on. Our team handles wall mounting, cable management, screen configuration, and content deployment so everything is ready to go from day one.
What areas do you serve?
We serve restaurants, cafes, bars, and retail stores across California including Sacramento, Roseville, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Elk Grove, Folsom, and Stockton.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No contracts at all. You purchase your hardware and initial design upfront, then only pay for menu updates when you need them — at $100/hour. No monthly fees, no commitments, no cancellation hassles.
How long does it take to get my digital menus set up?
From initial consultation to live digital menu boards, the process typically takes 1–2 weeks. This includes our design phase, your review and revision period, and remote deployment of your menus to your displays.
Can I schedule different menus for different times of day?
Yes! Our system supports scheduled content rotation. You can set breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour menus to switch automatically at the times you choose — completely hands-free.
Do you offer multi-location support?
Absolutely. Our centralized management platform lets us manage all your locations from one dashboard. We can update every screen across every location remotely, group screens by zone or content type, and monitor everything in real time.
