  2. Remote diagnosis: We attempt to resolve the issue remotely first. Many problems can be fixed without a site visit.
  3. On-site visit (if needed): If the issue requires hands-on attention, we'll schedule a visit to your location. On-site support is billed at our standard service rate. For locations more than 40 miles from Sacramento, a trip charge of $2 per mile applies.
